Design Your Science Career is an interactive career development course designed to help undergraduate students take charge of their future with creativity and confidence. Through Design Thinking, you’ll explore multiple career paths, identify your interests, and refine your focus. You’ll also test out career ideas, learn how to market yourself, and build connections in your field—all to help you build your way forward in an exciting and engaging way.

• C01: Tuesdays, 11:30 AM – 2:20 PM 

• T01: Thursdays, 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM 

 Winter

• SCIENCE 2DL3-W: 

• C01: Mondays, 2:30 PM – 5:20 PM 

• T01: Wednesdays, 10:30 AM – 11:20 AM 

• Course focus: Career exploration through hands-on experience.

• No final exam: Instead, you’ll complete assignments centered on self-discovery.

• Assignment topics: Reflect on your interests and test out career ideas.

• Class discussions: Build on assignments by sharing insights and learning from peers.

• Flexible path: There’s no single “right” career—just opportunities for growth and self-understanding.

• Student workbook: Each student receives a workbook to guide their progress.

Any science student who is level 2 and above.  

That’s completely okay—this course is especially for students like you.  

It’s designed to help you explore a wide range of career paths and options, even if you’re unsure of your direction right now.  

You’ll get support and inspiration to figure out what interests you most, all in a low-pressure, engaging environment.
