A new resource has launched for science students – and it’s changing the way they prepare for their careers.
Career planning can be both exciting and overwhelming. Whether the focus is on graduate studies, industry roles, professional programs or experiential learning, many students benefit from resources that help clarify their direction.
To support this process, the Science Careers & Experience Guidebook was created. It’s an interactive resource designed to help McMaster science students build their career toolkit, explore meaningful experiences, and gather insights to support their journey during and after Mac. Developed by the Science Careers & Experience Centre at McMaster University, this guidebook supports students in designing a life that reflects their values, strengths, and goals – equipping them with the skills, confidence, and connections needed to thrive beyond their studies.
